The game:

submit a value that in your opinion is an appropriate selling price for the Domain Name "Olympionic.com", within a range of 100,000 up to 500,000 USD: if the name will be sold at the price suggested by you, Genial Names.com will pay to you the 10% of the final price!

The Prize:

it consist in the 10% of the final selling price for the Domain Name "Olympionic.com" subtracted the cost of the esrow service (that is a little percent of the selling price so that the final value is harder to guess and probably will be not an intere value))

Winner:

is the person who submitted a value ( number) closest to the final selling price, within a range of 5% (±) 

Other winnings:

If no participants matches the price within the 5% then:
a) the closest number within the 10% of the selling price win the 5% of the final price.
b) while the other 5% will be given to charity
c) in case no one guess, the full 10% of the final price will be given to charity.

Exceptions:

 In case of parity (two submissions with an equal value, or either equally closer by exceeding or by defect , the winner would be the first who applied based on the time signed on our server at our local hour.

In case would be not possible toestabilsh by time the first submission, due technical problems, the prize will be equally subdivided between the two winners.

If the selling price exceed 500.000 USD all the exceeding will be donated to charity (note: winners 10% percent is calculated only up 500.000 USD)

Payment to the winner:

to each submission/submitter is assigned an exclusive security code system, that guarantee the identification of the submitter hence validate prizes claims: so the prize will be payed only to that person that will show the correct combination : keep your data in a secure way.

Liability:

since no personal informations are required in order to participate to this game it is your sole and unique responsability to take care of the codes that will be provided to you during the submission process, we do accept only claims that come completed with all the codes we provided to you and we do not respond for any different request..

Privacy policy:

we do not collect personal data of the participant except an e-mail adress where to send the codes to confirm the submission and to comunicate with the winner . We guarantee that your e-mail adress will not be used for nothing else than than that, neither give to anyone for no reason. Please report any abuse.

Duration and termination:

  this promotion expire h. 00.24. 12-31-2005, except in case the first offer match or exceed 500.000 USD before that date, in such case submissions will be simply closed. Any question or explanation do not hesitate to contact us, thank you.
